Floral and citrus aromas lead to a slightly sweet caramel malt character, plenty of citrus from the generous use of Amarillo hops and a well balanced bitterness. This beer has been aged in oak with applewood chips for a distinctive character and depth of flavour.
Must be used in conjunction with the Perfect Draft Machine.

The Brewery
Great breweries start with a clear vision. Founder John Hall’s was to bring the best of European beer styles to Chicago.
