Pale Ale

Ahhh, the pale ale. Loved by all; whether you're English, American, Belgian, or Earthling, chances are there's a brewery near you making their own take on the pale ale. It can mean different things to different people: an American pale is decidedly more hoppy than its British cousin. The Belgians draw inspiration from the English Pale but use their own yeast, which leads to some spicy and fruity notes that aren't generally found in the UK variation.

Yet, while the Pale Ale is its own distinct style, it's worth noting that it can come in many forms: American blonde ales, Belgian saisons, or even the French bière de garde are pale ale versions. No matter the style, they're generally an easy drink with an interesting array of flavour profiles that find themselves pairing perfectly with food.

Try Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, Flying Dog Doggie Style, Ilkley Pale or Thornbridge Chiron & Jaipur for some fabulous examples of this type of beer.

The Perfect Draft system is just that. I ordered this system with two 6Ltr kegs, once chilled the beer is exceptional from the machine. Everyone that has been round and seen it in operation has been really impressed. It states that the kegs will remain fresh for 30 days, the longest we had one last was 3 days, there is no way a keg will ever last this long as it impossible to stop drinking it once you start.
The service I received from Beer Hawk was excellent. I would thoroughly recommend them as a quality supplier.
Wide selection of beers from around the World. Bought a few of my favourites for my Uncle's birthday through Beer Hawk. I'm happy with the quick delivery! Managed to surprise him! Yay.
