Mondo Brewing All Caps! Can

The All Caps Pilsner is one of Mondo Brewing Company's core range beers. Focusing on drinkability as opposed to massive flavours, this classic American-style lager doesn't rely on dry-hopping or smoke machines to make it interesting. Noble hop aromas are mirrored on the palate alongside a corn-grain sweetness with notes of hay, a bit of orange and a solid bitterness. A light body, creamy mouthfeel and a crisp, dry finish won't have you screaming in ALL CAPS but you'll finish this thinking you just had a really nice beer.
