By using the In-Store Reward functionalities on the PerfectDraft mobile application (“PerfectDraft App”) you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) and that you consent to the processing of any personal details you submit by using the PerfectDraft App by PerfectDraft UK Limited in accordance with its Privacy Policy: https://perfectdraft.com/uk/privacy-policy. 

 

  1. In Store Rewards – eligibility and how to access  
    1. In Store rewards is accessible as a functionality of the PerfectDraft App. This functionality is accessible to all United Kingdom residents aged 18 years or over who have downloaded the PerfectDraft App and have registered and created a user account on the App. 
    2. By using In Store rewards and In-Store Rewards on the PerfectDraft App, you will be able to earn and/or spend Beer Tokens in relation to every purchase of PerfectDraft 6L kegs (“PerfectDraft Kegs”) made in selected brick and mortar stores in the UK, as specified in these Terms and Conditions. 
    3. In order to enjoy In Store Rewards, you must download the PerfectDraft App and create a user account.

  2. How it works- earning Beer Tokens with an in-store purchase of PerfectDraft kegs 
    1. Consumers who have downloaded the PerfectDraft App and have a PerfectDraft account can earn Beer Tokens for their purchase of PerfectDraft Kegs in the Eligible Stores by following the process detailed hereinafter.  
    2. A list of Eligible Stores can be found here [https://www.perfectdraft.com/en-gb/community-store-network] 
    3. When shopping in an Eligible Store, if you want to earn Beer Tokens on your PerfectDraft Kegs purchase, you must log in in the PerfectDraft App and click on the Hub section inside the App on the navigation bar which is found at the base of the dashboard home screen. You must then click on the ‘In Store Rewards’ widget within the Hub in order to enter the functionality. 
    4. When using the functionality for the first time, you will first be shown a ‘how to’ description of the process and are required to accept these Terms and Conditions before continuing into the flow.  
    5. The flow will ask you to share your current location in order to show the list of Eligible Stores nearest to your current location. You are able to select ‘Allow while using App’, ‘Allow once’ or ‘Don’t Allow’. If you do not allow access to your location while using the app, you will be shown a list of all available stores. You need to select the exact Eligible Store that you are purchasing PerfectDraft kegs in. If you select the incorrect store, then the validation stage of the flow will not work and you will not be able to earn or Spend Beer Tokens.  
    6. Once you select the Eligible Store that you are currently in, you will move through to the Buying Kegs stage of the flow.  
    7. Consumers can select from a number selector how many PerfectDraft kegs they are buying in one of the eligible stores.  
    8. To earn Beer Tokens in Store, you must buy at least one PerfectDraft keg.   
    9. Beer Tokens will appear in your account once the transaction is checked by the Store and validated via the App (see Section 4). Please refer to the Beer Tokens Terms and Conditions available here for further details [https://www.perfectdraft.com/en-gb/beer-token-tcs ]. 
    10. The number of PerfectDraft Kegs selected within the In Store App flow as being purchased must match the number of PerfectDraft Kegs effectively being purchased in the Eligible Store which will result on the relevant purchase receipt issued by the Eligible Store. Any difference in these numbers will be treated as fraudulent activity and no Beer Tokens will be credited on the relevant user account.  
    11. For each PerfectDraft Keg purchased, the consumer will receive 20 Beer Tokens, worth £1 GBP. The maximum number of kegs that you can earn Beer Tokens on while in Store is 10 kegs. You may purchase a higher number of kegs than 10, but you will not be credited any additional Beer Tokens for any keg above 10. The maximum number of Beer Tokens that can be credited at one time is 200. 
    12. PerfectDraft UK reserves the right to verify the actual number of purchased PerfectDraft Kegs at any time with the consumer and/or with the Eligible Store. Customers can be required to provide the relevant documents to PerfectDraft to further validate their purchase. 
  1. How it works - Spending Beer Tokens to purchase PerfectDraft Kegs in Eligible Stores 
    1. Through In Store Rewards, consumers can spend their Beer Tokens to purchase PerfectDraft Kegs in the Eligible Stores.  
    2. After completing the ‘Buying Kegs’ section of the flow, you will be directed to the stage where you can use your existing Beer Tokens balance. You must select the amount of Beer Tokens which you wish to spend in the Eligible Store for the purchase of PerfectDraft Kegs amongst the Beer Tokens available at the time of purchase, and will be shown how much discount this amounts to in GBP. 
    3. Beer Tokens can be spent in increments of GBP5.  
    4. You will only be able to spend up to the amount of Beer Tokens which you have in your personal PerfectDraft account at the moment of the transaction.  
    5. You shall not be entitled to receive any change in cash or otherwise from the Eligible Store in case you decide to use a value of Beer Tokens which exceeds the PerfectDraft Kegs’ purchase value. 
    6. See Section 4 for instructions on how to complete and verify the transaction on the PerfectDraft App.  
    7. Customers may choose not to spend any Beer Tokens for their in-store transaction.  
    8. It is your responsibility to ensure that the Eligible Store deducts the correct amount of Beer Tokens from your PerfectDraft Keg purchase. You must check that the amount deducted is correct and must retain the relevant sale receipt in case you’ll need to show it to us. PerfectDraft does not assume any liability with regard to the discount applied by the Eligible Store to your purchase with Beer Tokens and will not, in any event, refund you in case the discount applied by the Store is different from what indicated on the PerfectDraft App.
  2. Verifying and completing the transaction  
    1. Once you have completed both the Buying Kegs and Spending Beer Tokens sections of the In Store Rewards flow, you will be shown a screen to validate your transaction. This screen will show a summary of the Eligible Store name, the number of kegs being purchased, and the discount to be applied in GBP. You must show this screen to the Eligible Store personnel for them to confirm the transaction details.  
    2. The Store shall check that the number of PerfectDraft Kegs selected on the App matches the number of Kegs effectively being purchased in the Store. Only after this check has been completed, the Store will show the QR code to the customer. 
    3. Each Eligible Store has a unique QR code that must be shown to the consumer upon taking part in the In Store Rewards process. Consumers must scan the store QR code in order to validate the PerfectDraft Keg purchase and complete the transaction. Beer Tokens will not be credited, and the corresponding discount will not apply on purchase if the QR code is not scanned.  
    4. Each QR Code is unique for each Eligible Store and you must allow access to their phone camera within the PerfectDraft App in order to scan the QR Code.  
    5. Stores can refuse to show the QR code in case the number of PerfectDraft Kegs selected on the App does not match the number of kegs effectively being purchased in the Store. 
    6. If the QR code being scanned is not valid or does not match the correct Eligible Store selected in the Store Browser, then the transaction will not be validated.  
    7. Upon scanning the QR code and validating the transaction, you will see a success page which will display the Eligible Store’s name, the number of Kegs being purchased and the number of Beer Tokens that will be credited in relation to the purchase of PerfectDraft Kegs, and the discount applied to the order if Beer Tokens are being used for the purchase.  
    8. It is your exclusive responsibility to pay the remaining balance for the relevant transaction to the Store. 
    9. It is the responsibility of the Eligible Stores to ensure that the discount is added to your order. In case of any dispute, the receipt for the transaction must be kept and available to show to either PerfectDraft and/or the Eligible Store. PerfectDraft will not, in any event, refund you in case the discount applied by the Store is different from what indicated on the PerfectDraft App. 
    10. Beer Tokens will be credited to your immediately after scanning the Store validation QR code and completing the purchase of PerfectDraft kegs in the Eligible Store.
  3. PerfectDraft’s rights 
    1. PerfectDraft reserves the right to ask you to provide a proof of purchase for any in Store purchase of PerfectDraft Kegs using the In Store Rewards functionality. The proof of purchase accepted will be the purchase receipt issued by the Store indicating the number of PerfectDraft Kegs purchased and the discount applied. 
    2. You shall ask for and keep the purchase receipt relating to the purchase of PerfectDraft Kegs in the Eligible Store. 
    3. PerfectDraft does not assume liability for any discount incorrectly applied by the Store to your purchase. 
    4. PerfectDraft reserves the right to refuse credit Beer Tokens and inform law enforcement agencies in circumstances where we consider (acting in our absolute discretion) that you are attempting to obtain Beer Tokens using fraudulent means, to commit any other type of fraud or to otherwise break the law or breach these Terms. 
    5. PerfectDraft reserves the rights to change these Terms at its own discretion by giving you a 15-day notice via email and/or via the PerfectDraft App.
  4. Privacy and Data Protection:  
    1. Personal data received in relation to the use of the PerfectDraft App will be used in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with our Privacy Policy: https://perfectdraft.com/uk/privacy-policy.
