By entering the Promotion you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions (the ‘Terms and Conditions’) and that you consent to the processing of any personal details you submit by PerfectDraft UK in accordance with its Privacy Policy: https://perfectdraft.com/uk/privacy-policy.

1. Eligibility:
   1. The Promotion is organised by PerfectDraft UK Limited (company number: 08118833), with registered office at Bureau, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1EN (the "Promoter").
   2. The Promotion is open to all UK residents. To enter you must be over 18. Employees of the Promoter or their immediate families, its associated agents or anyone else professionally associated with the administration of the Promotion cannot enter the Promotion.
   3. Purchase of a PerfectDraft keg is necessary to enter the Promotion. Please retain an itemised receipt that states the time and date of purchase prior to entry as this may be required for validation and in order for the winner to receive the Prize(s). Internet access and a valid email address are required.
   4. The Promoter encourages responsible drinking and would direct consumers to read http://www.drinkaware.co.uk for more information.
2. How to enter:
   1. Purchase any PerfectDraft 6L keg in any PerfectDraft Community Store during the Promotional Period and upload your purchase receipt following the instructions available in the Community Story.
   2. Purchase of at least one PerfectDraft 6L keg necessary, in any PerfectDraft Community Stores in the UK, together with evidence of the purchase. One purchased PerfectDraft keg equals 1 entry for the purposes of this Promotion.
   3. PerfectDraft 6L kegs purchased elsewhere shall not be considered as qualifying purchases for the purposes of this Promotion.
   4. In order to participate in the Competition, every qualifying purchase must be registered by uploading the relevant receipt on the PerfectDraft UK data entry form or by processing the transaction via the PerfectDraft App – In-Store Rewards, within the Promotional Period.
   5. Participants will be entered into a Prize Draw to win the Prizes. Winners will be selected at random via a secure, entirely automated independently verified computer system from all eligible entries.
   6. The Prize being linked to the purchase of the Products, any cancellation of the order of the Products (eg: return goods, use of the right of withdrawal) will result in the cancellation of the participation and the loss of the Prize.
   7. Participation will be definitively retained subject to full payment of the Products and compliance with the present Terms and Conditions.
3. Promotional Period: The Promotion opens at 00:00 am BST on 01/12/23 and closes at 23:59pm BST on 01/01/24. (the "Promotional Period") and will be run exclusively in PerfectDraft UK Community stores. You must register your eligible entry within the Promotional Period.
4. Prizes: (Substitute prizes in lieu of the tickets shown in 4.2 will be offered if and when available, at the Promoter’s entire discretion. Substitute prizes might have a different value compared to the tickets shown in 4.2.

5. Winner announcement/ Prize claim: 
   1. 7 (seven) Winners will be selected every Tuesday, starting the 7th of December until the 5th of January, at random via a secure, entirely automated, independently verified computer system from all eligible entries. The Winners will be contacted by email every Wednesday from the 8^th of December 2023 until the 6^th of January 2024.
   2. The Winners of the Prize(s) must respond within two (2) business days of being notified by the Promoter. If a Winner does not respond within such time-frame, then the Winner’s Prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
   3. If a Winner rejects their Prize or the entry is found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the Winner's Prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another Winner.
   4. Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
6. Privacy and Data Protection: 
   1. Personal data received during the Promotion will be used in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at this link: https://perfectdraft.com/uk/privacy-policy. By participating in the Promotion you consent to the Promoter processing your personal data for the purposes of carrying out the Promotion and notifying and advertising the winners.
   2. By entering the Promotion, you consent that, should you be the winner, the Promoter or any of its affiliates can publish your name in any sites administered by the Promoter or any of its affiliates. Winners may withdraw consent to such use of personal information by writing to the Promoter or by using the opt-out process outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
7. General:
   1. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason any element of the Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute it with another Prize.
   2. Participation must be made directly by the individual participating in the Promotion. Incomplete or illegible claims together with claims which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms & Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be considered.
   3. In the event that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions and to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries.
   4. The Promoter together with any associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promoter's liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
   5. An entry must be made directly by the individual entering the Promotion. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means together with entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms & Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant’s entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the rules of the Promotion, that entrant’s entries will be disqualified and any prize awarded will be void.
   6. The Promoter will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations or any delay in performing its obligations within these terms and conditions if an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs caused by (but not limited to) global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
   7. The Promoter may refuse to award a Prize in the event of any participant’s fraud, dishonesty, breach or non-entitlement under these Terms & Conditions or seek recovery of its value if the Prize has been awarded.
   8. Any and all personal data supplied for the running of this Promotion will be used solely for the purpose of this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion on behalf of the Promoter and will not be disclosed to a third party or used for any other purpose unless your positive consent has been obtained. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available here: Privacy Policy.
   9. The Promoter's decision is final and binding in all circumstances in relation to the Promotion.
   10. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or withdraw the Promotion as necessary due to unavoidable circumstances beyond its control make this necessary, but will use all reasonable endeavours to minimise the effect on participants to avoid undue disappointment.
   11. If any provisions of these Terms & Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this will not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.
   12. By entering this Promotion, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
   13. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in the Terms & Conditions will prevail.
   14. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
