Started by husband and wife team Keri and Duncan Barton in the historic Lancashire town of Staleybridge, Ticketybrew creates original British versions of Belgian-style beers. Inspired by their frequent trips to the continent, Ticketybrew launched their offering with three traditional craft beer styles; a pale ale, a blonde and a Dubbel; all brewed, bottled and labelled by hand.
Duncan used to be an actor, hence the cinema ticket-style bottle labels that make them stand out on the shelves. Ticketybrew are small even by craft beer standards, brewing from inside an old railway arch. It just goes to show that size isn’t everything - they still manage to innovate and their ethos ‘if it’s tasty, we’ll bottle it’ means you can be sure you’re getting a beer worth drinking.
