A new focus on PerfectDraft.

Eleven years ago, Beer Hawk was founded by Mark Roberts and Chris France from a small warehouse in Harrogate. Whilst the set-up was humble, their goal was ambitious; to help the nation discover the world’s best beers. A decade later, having supplied hundreds of thousands of delighted beer lovers, it’s clear that their ambition was fulfilled.

Along the way we launched PerfectDraft; a way to discover the best beers in the world AND the perfect way to drink them.

Over the last few years it has become very clear that PerfectDraft is where our future lies. Delivering the ultimate beer experience to our customers homes, whilst serving and nurturing the PerfectDraft community is what we are now focussed on.

Today we’re therefore announcing that the brand you see on our website and all communications from us will change from Beer Hawk to PerfectDraft. We’ll also stop selling bottles and cans in the UK.

I know Beer Hawk is close to your hearts and I want to reassure you that everything that makes it great will remain. The brand you’ll see on our website will change to PerfectDraft, but everything else behind the scenes will remain the same. You'll start to see changes on our website and in our communications to you over the next couple of weeks.

Will I still use the same website to buy and return kegs?

We are now live on our updated website, perfectdraft.com/en-gb. If you’re reading this FAQ, you’ve found us.

The process for buying and returning kegs remains exactly the same.

Will I need to create a new account?

No. Please continue to log in as normal.

Will I lose my Beer Tokens?

No. All of your Beer Tokens and account information remain the same. Please continue to log in as normal.

Will my discount codes still work?

Yes, all current discount codes will work as normal, unless we contact you stating otherwise.

Will I still receive emails on all of your offers and promotions?

Yes. You’ll continue to receive communications from us as normal.

How long will you be selling bottles and cans for?

We’re expecting to sell out quickly, so if you want to nab our final cases, act fast. You can buy these here.

I have a gift card but don't own a PerfectDraft machine

We still have bottles and cans available for you to spend your gift card. These won’t be around forever though, so be swift if you want to bag a few cases. You can buy these here.

Alternatively, you could use your gift card towards a PerfectDraft machine.
