As of this morning, Yodel collections for keg returns are enabled and you can now book returns using this method.
We are still in contact with Yodel who are investigating to understand if any personal data has been compromised.
If your personal data has been affected, Yodel will contact you directly.
To reassure you, Yodel does not have your payment details (like credit card numbers) or your password information.
However, we recommend you stay vigilant, and always follow these simple tips to help you stay safe online:
Yodel informed us that they're making some significant progress in restoring their platforms.
Yodel's Driver app, parcel tracking via their website and Yodel's Parcel Tracker app are now functional.
You should now be able to track your parcel's status via Yodel's website.
The issue is still ongoing. Yodel sortation hubs have been operating overnight & local service centres are continuing to operate on a reduced service.
In addition to what we already know, it appears that keg return collections that have been planned for today are also being impacted.
This means that unfortunately any collections arranged for today will not go ahead.
We’ll notify all customers once Yodel’s services are back live so collections can be re-arranged.
