By entering this Promotion, the participant will be deemed to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and be bound by them.

Eligibility:

1. The Promotion is organised by PerfectDraft UK Limited (company number: 08118833), Bureau, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1EN (the "Promoter").
2. The Promotion is open to all UK residents. To enter you must be over 18. Employees of the Promoter or their immediate families, its associated agents or anyone else professionally associated with the administration of the Promotion cannot enter the Promotion.
3. Purchase is necessary. Please retain an itemised receipt that states the time and date of purchase prior to entry as this may be required for validation and in order for the winner to receive the Prizes. Internet access and a valid email address are required.

Promotional Period:

1. The Promotion opens at 10:00 on 29/11/2022 and closes on occurrence of one of the two following events, whichever happens first;

1. At 15:00 on 18/12/2022;
2. Once a total of 100 PerfectDraft machines have been purchased by Participants;

(the "Promotional Period")

1. The promotion will be run exclusively on our Beer Hawk by PerfectDraft website (https://www.beerhawk.co.uk/) and on our PerfectDraft website (http://perfectdraft.com/en-gb) (the "Websites"). If awarded, the Prize, consisting of Beer Tokens, will be credited exclusively on the Participant's Beer Hawk account.

How to Enter:

1. Purchase one of the PerfectDraft or PerfectDraft Pro either alone, or as Glassware Bundle or Starter Bundle and opt in to the promotion on the order confirmation page for our Beer Hawk website or tick the specific box appearing on a banner on the payment page when placing an order on the PerfectDraft website ("Qualifying Purchase").
2. Every Qualifying Purchase needs to be done on one of the Websites within the Promotional Period. The Participants, to be eligible to win the prizes, must accept the Terms & Conditions of the Promotion and to declare being over 18 years old by ticking the specific checkbox appearing on the confirmation page of the Websites after the payment of at least one of the Qualifying Purchases.
3. Every Qualifying Purchase needs to be done by a Participant with an existing Beer Hawk or PerfectDraft account or by creating a new Beer Hawk or PerfectDraft account if no account existed prior to the Promotion. This is done to ensure the Prize can be credited on the Participant's Beer Hawk account in case the Participant wins the Prize.
4. Participants who made a Qualifying Purchase and opted in will automatically be entered to have the chance to win back the value of the PerfectDraft or PerfectDraft Pro machine as specified in these Terms and Conditions in Beer Tokens credited exclusively on their Beer Hawk account if England or Wales win the FIFA World Cup 2022™.
5. Entries are limited to one Qualifying Purchase per person and per week. Should the Participant purchase multiple Qualifying Purchases within a week, only the first Qualifying Purchase would be selected for the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to reject any entries if it suspects they may be the result of fraudulent activity.
6. The Prize being linked to the purchase of the Products, any cancellation of the order of the Products (eg: return goods, use of the right of withdrawal) will result in the cancellation of the participation and ineligibility to win the Prize. Participation will be definitively retained subject to full payment of the Products and compliance with the present Terms and Conditions.

Prizes:

1. The value of the Prize will depend on the Qualifying Purchase :

If the Participant has purchased during the Promotional Period a Philips PerfectDraft Machine either alone or as a bundle and if England or Wales win the FIFA World Cup 2022™: they will win £225 in Beer Tokens credited to their Beer Hawk account. The value of the Prize will be reduced by any discount (coupons included) which has been applied to the Qualifying Purchase during the Promotional Period;
2. If the Participant has purchased during the Promotional Period a PerfectDraft Pro Machine either alone or as a bundle Machine and if England or Wales win the FIFA World Cup 2022™: they will win £335 in Beer Tokens credited to their Beer Hawk account. The value of the Prize will be reduced by any discount (coupons included) which has been applied to the Qualifying Purchase during the Promotional Period;

• If the Participant has purchased during the Promotional Period a refurbished Philips PerfectDraft machine model HD3720 Grade B either alone or as a bundle, and if England or Wales win the FIFA World Cup 2022™: they will win £150 in Beer Tokens credited to their Beer Hawk account. If the Participant has purchased during the Promotional Period a refurbished Philips PerfectDraft machine model Philips HD3720 Grade A either alone or as a bundle, and if England or Wales win the FIFA World Cup 2022™: they will win £160 in Beer Tokens credited to their Beer Hawk account. If the Participant has purchased during the Promotional Period a refurbished Philips PerfectDraft machine model HD3620 Grade B either alone or as a bundle, and if England or Wales win the FIFA World Cup 2022™: they will win £140 in Beer Tokens credited to their Beer Hawk account. The value of the Prize will be reduced by any discount (coupons included) which has been applied to the Qualifying Purchase during the Promotional Period;

If the Participant has purchased during the Promotional Period a refurbished Philips PerfectDraft machine model Philips HD3620 Grade A either alone or as a bundle, and if England or Wales win the FIFA World Cup 2022™: they will win £150 in Beer Tokens credited to their Beer Hawk account. as applicable and while stocks last.

1. If a Participant has made several Qualifying Purchases over the duration of the Promotional Period, there will be only one Qualifying Purchase which could be considered as Prize per week.
2. If the first Qualifying Purchase of the Participant in a week contains several PerfectDraft machines either alone or as a bundle, the Prize will be limited to the PerfectDraft machine which has the highest value. Eg: 1 refurbished Philips PerfectDraft machine model HD3620 Grade B + 1 PerfectDraft Pro machine ordered = Prize of £335. The value of the Prize will be reduced by any discount (coupons included) which has been applied to the Qualifying Purchase during the Promotional Period
3. The Beer Tokens Terms and Conditions available here will apply. As an exception to the Beer Tokens Terms and Conditions, the Beer Tokens credited to the Winner on their personal Beer Hawk account will expire 18 months from the date they were earned (instead of 6 months).

Winner Selection and Notification:

1. Winners will be selected automatically once the 2022 FIFA World Cup™ tournament results will be made official. In case one of the 'Home Nations', meaning England or Wales, wins the 2022 FIFA World Cup™, all Participants who made Qualifying Purchases during the Promotional Period will win the Prize as described in the above section. Prize will be credited on Participant's Beer Hawk Account.

Delivery of the Prize:

1. The Prize consists of Beer Tokens in the amount specified in the previous section that shall be credited to the Winner's Beer Hawk account irrespective of the Website where he placed the order for the Product, and within 15 working days after the winner of the 2022 FIFA World Cup™ is officially announced. General:

1. The winners agree to allow the Promoter to use their first initial, surname and county of residence to announce the winners of this Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to publish the first initial, surname and county of residence of the winners. The winners may object to their surname and county of residence being published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced by contacting the Promoter via our contact us form. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.
2. Winners shall indemnify and hold the Promoter and their respective affiliates, directors, agents, or other partners (the "Indemnitees") harmless from any claims, actions, proceedings, costs (including reasonable legal fees) and expenses brought or asserted by a third party against any of the Indemnitees arising as a result of the Promoter's use of the Winner's Relevant Post, including but not limited to any breach of third party intellectual property rights.
3. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason any element of the Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute another Prize for it, of equal or greater value.
4. Participation must be made directly by the individual participating in the Promotion. Incomplete or illegible claims together with claims which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms & Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be considered.
5. In the event that the Promotion is not capable of being run as planned by the Promoter for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions and to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries.
6. The Promoter together with any associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promoter's liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
7. An entry must be made directly by the individual entering the Promotion. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means together with entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms & Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of 'script', 'brute force', masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant's entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the rules of the Promotion, that entrant's entries will be disqualified and any prize awarded will be void.
8. The Promoter will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations or any delay in performing its obligations within these terms and conditions if an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs caused by (but not limited to) global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
9. The Promoter may refuse to award a Prize in the event of any participant's fraud or suspect fraud, dishonesty, breach or non-entitlement under these Terms & Conditions or seek recovery of its value if the Prize has been awarded.
10. Any and all personal data supplied for the running of this Promotion will be used solely for the purpose of this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion on behalf of the Promoter and will not be disclosed to a third party or used for any other purpose unless your positive consent has been obtained. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy, available here for our Beer Hawk website, and here for our PerfectDraft website. The relevant policy would apply depending on which website who accepted the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion.
11. The Promoter's decision is final and binding in all circumstances in relation to the Promotion.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or withdraw the Promotion as necessary due to unavoidable circumstances beyond its control make this necessary, but will use all reasonable endeavours to minimise the effect on participants to avoid undue disappointment.
13. If any provisions of these Terms & Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this will not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.
14. By entering this Promotion, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
15. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in the Terms & Conditions will prevail.
16. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
