A dark sour aged in kentucky bourbon barrels. Here you have toasted coffee on the nose, and a heavy dose of vanilla too. This is quite acidic, but with all the complex and rich flavours of coffee, as well as some dark fruit. Quite unusual, but a must for any sour fan. Plenty of funk and a little oak.
