A pretty fuschia pour with bold forest fruit aromas, a hint of red wine. Tart on the taste, but balanced with a pleasant sweetness of blackberry and raspberry. This is aged in red wine barrels to add a depth of flavour, a little woody and funky, with a dry finish.
In 2009, Walt and Luke Dickinson sat at a craft beer bar and talked about the dream of opening their own brewery focusing on big, West Coast hoppy ales and authentic Belgian ales brewed to inspire those who drank them. There would be no looking back.
