What would they do if we gave them….(raises little finger to the side of mouth) 1 ton of Christmas? (1 billion dollars anyone?) This is what we believe was going through To Øl’s mind when they concocted the receipe for this, an 8.1% Berliner Weiss, brewed with Danish Christmas classics, cherries, redcurrants and prunes. We would be happy and quaff it all, marry, I say! It’s got the classic gose stylings; creamy wheat and sour-malt base, salty sour finish, but it’s also got rich, tart raspberries, cherries and blackberries thrown into the mix. The finish is long, sour and fruity rounding off what would be most definitely an excellent addition to your Christmas beer stable!
