The Stewart Brewing Cascadian East is an East Coast version of a West Coast American Pale Ale. The massive amounts of Centennial, Chinook and Cascade hops in the kettle prove that Edinburgh was victorious in this hoppy turf war!

Bursting with grapefruit-y citrus, pine resin and tropical fruits, the flavour is complemented by a grainy, bready pale malt and a delicate caramel sweetness. A moderate carbonation, medium-light body, and tingling bitterness finish off this nice pale ale.

Citrusey, piney aroma with a grapefruit, caramel and malty flavour, nice thick dry mouthfeel, not bad.
