Brewed in conjunction with Dutch stout maestros De Molen for the legendary beer festival, Borefts Beer Festival in Bodegraven (Netherlands), From Tallinn to Bodegraven is just exquisite. Deep, dark and velvety, it’s like a forbidden fruit; rich and beautifully balanced, you’ll never want to return to your bread and butter stouts after a glass of this. The aroma yields rich dried fruits, molasses, huge vanilla slugs and a subtle boozy undertone, which, at 10.5%, you’d expect! One sip of this will leave you sighing with pleasure. It’s syrupy smooth, the incipient molasses adding a sticky element while booze-soaked dried fruits underlay the delightfully balanced yet in your face vanilla assault. There’s a smooth bitterness at the end which is almost overwhelmed by all of the above, but it does its’ job well, rounding off what is an outrageously stupendous imperial stout.
"Sori Brewing is located in the capital of Estonia, Tallinn. Backed by crowdfunding investors, Sori Brewing is on a mission to make the world more fun with better craft beer. Started by two Finns who moved away from their home country to brew without compromises. Not far, but far enough to make it count. Together with an amazing team, these guys are dedicated to bring you joy in a form of craft beer."
