Sori Brewing x Seven Island Ajax

Sori, Sori, Sori, oh, how we do love Sori Brewing here at Beer Hawk. Their technical prowess and sublime beers have won many a heart and mind. This beer, brewed in collaboration with Greek brewery Seven Island and named after the mighty Greek hero Ajax, packs all the strength and raw power of its namesake. Chock full of mango, Mosaic and the experimental hop HPA-035 (catchy name, right?), it’s a hop extravaganza, showcasing mango, pine and resin atop a boozy, sweet malt base. This beer is sweet, sumptuous, loud and in your face! It’s almost too much, almost. Drinking this beer will make you feel like it was you who was trained by a centaur and wielding a shield made of seven (seven!) cowhides. Ajax the Great calls, will you answer?
