The first thing to note with this beer is the beautiful colour, the red crimson of a nearly disappearing sun. Unsurprising though, given the copious amounts of raspberries used in this beer. It’s a Berliner Weisse, a mildly sour German wheat beer. And true to form, this is less a tart smack, more of a foam-backed red crocodile of the Tangfastic sweets. They say it tickles your tongue, and this beer from Estonian Sori indeed does that.

Brewery Info

"Sori Brewing is located in the capital of Estonia, Tallinn. Backed by crowdfunding investors, Sori Brewing is on a mission to make the world more fun with better craft beer. Started by two Finns who moved away from their home country to brew without compromises. Not far, but far enough to make it count. Together with an amazing team, these guys are dedicated to bring you joy in a form of craft beer."

Punch of Raspberry

Reddish brown and cloudy with a frothy head. Has a huge punch of raspberry and sour and a tingly feeling on the tongue. Very refreshing and fruity with buckets of flavour.
Quite tart

Initially hits you with tart fruitiness, which fades off into a dryish dusty finish.
Not quite as tart as I was expecting, but a pleasant brew.
