Second-Hand PerfectDraft Machine Warranty

Thank you for purchasing a second-hand PerfectDraft machine.

Our second-hand PerfectDraft machines have been fully refurbished and are safe to use. Please note there can be marks or small defects including signs of general wear and tear. Even if present, these defects do not affect the functionality of the machine.

Guarantee

Our second-hand PerfectDraft machines are covered with a guarantee valid for 24 months from the date of purchase as stated on your proof-of-purchase obtained in your original email.

The guarantee is free and provided by Beer Hawk Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 08118833, with registered office at Fetter Lane, EC4A 1EN. Our VAT number is 143 9594 82.

This guarantee is additional to and does not substitute nor affect your statutory rights as a consumer. For additional information, please visit our terms and conditions.

During its validity period, the guarantee covers the following:

  • In case of a malfunctioning or a defect of the machine occurring during the 2-year period from the date of purchase, you have the right to request a repair that will be performed without additional costs.
  • If a repair is not possible or not commercially viable, we may at our own discretion (i) replace the machine with a refurbished one or (ii) fully reimburse the purchase price you have paid. In the latter case, the reimbursement will be processed within 14 days from the date of the machine arriving at our warehouse.

After a repair or replacement, the guarantee period will continue from the date of the original purchase.

The guarantee does not apply if:

  1. The malfunctioning / defect is a consequence of an incorrect use of the machine (e.g.: machine not being used according to the indications provided in the user manual);
  2. The malfunctioning is due to poor or absent maintenance;
  3. the machine has been modified in any way by you or unauthorized third parties;
  4. the machine has been tampered with or has been damaged.

Exclusions:

The guarantee does not cover indirect or consequential damages.

When contacting us, you will need to:

  1. Provide your Proof of purchase
  2. Fill out the Google form with details such as your machine serial number, order number, date of purchase and initial form ID provided to you with packing instructions.
