Channelling some hippy good times, this beer is far out. A trip to the east coast, Porterhouse and Hillstown bring you bright lights, pretty patterns and some lovely herby, fruity and floral aromas. It pours deep amber and to taste, it delivers marvellously on its fruity, floral promise, with grapefruit, citrus and pine fighting it out for lead sitar. The addition of wheat, dextrin and oats give this beer some serious body and help balance the hoppy bitterness which wafts over you in clouds. Moreish but sessionable, here’s one hippy brew you won’t regret partaking in.
