Nethergate IPA

Nethergate IPA

Style IPA
Country British Beers
ABV 3.5%
Serving Temp 8-10 °C
Bottle Size 500ml
In the case of this English take on a low-ABV IPA, 'IPA' also stands for 'Ian and Paul's Ale' as a nod to two of Nethergate's top brewers. At an eminently sessionable 3.5%, this light IPA is crisp, refreshing and slightly bitter, with toffee malts and subtle flavours of citrus fruit.

    Review by foxy

a very quaffable beer, nothing unpleasant but nothing memorable either, very average taste similar to a supermarket lager, what a shame (Posted on 07/12/2016)

  12. what a le tdown
    Review by Biz

Probably the worst beer i've had from Beerhawk. It's in the same band as Carling and Fosters. Just awful. Cheap tasting beer at premium price.

  14. great session ale
    Review by Chunks

Cracking taste and makes for a great session ale (Posted on 07/02/2016)

  15. Lack of bite in the growler
    Review by Ady Gray

To be frank, it does what it says on the tin: session ale. It lacks bite and punch but is a satisfying session ale. It just doesn't do what I want an IPA to do... (Posted on 01/03/2015)

  16. Bought it for it's name!
    Review by MegaHops

I'm going to be honest, I bought this IPA specifically because I wanted to taste the Old Growler. A refreshing tasty beverage which was thoroughly enjoyed. (Posted on 26/11/2014)
