The Bavarian Lager yeast strain from Mangrove Jack’s Craft Series is a high attenuating strain noted for its low sulphur output. Well suited for most lager styles—like Helles, Dunkel or even Rauchbier—this strain promotes a more well-rounded malt character and hop profile.
Store in the refrigerator. Ferment at 8-14˚C. Good for up to 23L (6 US gal) of wort.
