Homebrewers looking to brew a gorgeous Belgian Tripel need look no further. The Mangrove Jack’s Belgian Tripel is a top-fermenting yeast strain which provides a complex character of spicy, phenols, fruity esters and warming alcohol. Very attenuative, this strain is well suited for homebrewing Belgian Tripels and other Trappist style beers.
Store in the refrigerator. Ferment at 18-28˚C. Good for up to 23L (6 US gal) of wort.
