Mangrove Jack’s French Saison is a top-fermenting yeast strain with an exceptionally high attenuation. Its distinctive spicy, peppery notes are coupled with a classic fruitiness which is indicative of this farmhouse ale style. This strain is best suited for most farmhouse-style ales up to 14% ABV.
Store in the refrigerator. Ferment at 26-32˚C. Good for up to 23L (6 US gal) of wort.
