The Belgian Abbey yeast strain from Mangrove Jack’s Craft Series dry yeast range is a highly attenuating and flocculating strain. Exceptionally fruity with complex esters, this strain has fewer phenols than a typical Belgian Ale strain. Expect a rather dry finish which is perfect for homebrewing Belgian Pale Ales and other Abbey-style ales.
Store in the refrigerator. Ferment at 18-25˚C. Good for up to 23L (6 US gal) of wort.
