Mangrove Jack’s Craft Series Bavarian Wheat ale yeast strain produces gorgeous vanilla and banana notes with a smooth, creamy mouthfeel. Its moderate attenuation produces a rich body, which is suitable for brewing Hefeweizens, Dunkelweizens, Kristalweizens or whatever your experimental side wants to.
Store in the refrigerator. Ferment at 18-30˚C. Good for up to 23L (6 US gal) of wort.
