Whereas most yeast nutrients are presented as a salt, Servomyces incorporates the minerals into a naturally enriched yeast strain, meaning better bio-availability of the nutrients to your fermenting yeast. Servomyces can decrease fermentation time, improve yeast sedimentation, increase alcohol yield, stimulate yeast growth and eliminate harsh sulphur notes.
Add Servomyces about 10 minutes from the end of your boil. Use 1g per 100L for fermentation, or 2g per 100L for propagation.
