Camden Town Brewery's founder and brewmaster Jasper Cuppaidge has scaled his recipe for a delicately smokey lager down to homebrewing size with the help of the folks at Northern Brewer. Utilising beechwood-smoked pilsner malt from Bamberg, the finished beer exhibits a richness with a whiff of woodsmoke, rather than being head-over-the-chimney smoky. Kit includes malt, hops, yeast and priming sugar.
