By entering this Promotion, the participant will be deemed to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and be bound by them.

Eligibility: 

1. The Promotion is organised by PerfectDraft UK Limited (company number: 08118833), Bureau, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1EN (the "Promoter"). 
2. The Promotion is open to all UK residents. To enter you must be over 21. Employees of the Promoter or their immediate families, its associated agents or anyone else professionally associated with the administration of the Promotion cannot enter the Promotion.
3. Purchase is necessary. Please retain an itemised receipt that states the time and date of purchase prior to entry as this may be required for validation and in order for the winner to receive the Prizes. Internet access and a valid email address are required.
4. The Promoter encourages responsible drinking and would direct consumers to read http://www.drinkaware.co.uk for more information. 

Promotional Period: 

5. The Promotion opens at 00:01 on 01/09/22 and closes at 23:59 on 30/09/22 (the "Promotional Period") and will be run exclusively on our Beer Hawk by PerfectDraft website (https://www.perfectdraft.com/en-gb/) (the “Website”). 

How to Enter:

6. There are 5 ways to enter the promotion:
7. 1. Purchase a Budweiser World Cup 24 300ml Bottle Mega Pack (1 entry)
   2. Purchase a PerfectDraft Budweiser 6l Keg (2 entry)
   3. Refer-a-Friend who then goes on to purchase a PerfectDraft Machine and complies with our Referral Program available here. Maximum of 4 referrals per month. (15 entries)
   4. Purchase a PerfectDraft machine (10 entries)

Each one of the above ways to enter the promotion are considered as qualifying purchases.  

7. Every qualifying purchase needs to be done on the Website within the Promotional Period. The Participants, to be eligible to win the prizes, must accept the Terms & Conditions of the Promotion and to declare being over 21 year old by ticking the specific checkbox appearing on the confirmation page of the Website after the payment of at least one of the qualifying purchases.
8. Participants will be entered into a Prize Draw to win the Prizes. The prize draw will be conducted by PromoVeritas five (5) working days from the end of the promotion.
9. Entries are limited to one qualifying purchase per person and per week. Should the Participants purchase multiple qualifying purchases within a week, only the qualifying purchase with the most allocated entries would be selected for the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to reject any entries it suspects may be as a result of fraudulent activity. 
10. The Prize being linked to the purchase of the Products, any cancellation of the order of the Products (eg: return goods, use of the right of withdrawal) will result in the cancellation of the participation and the loss of the Prize.
11. Participation will be definitively retained subject to full payment of the Products and compliance with the present Terms and Conditions.
12. The Promoter will share the winners’ personal details with Octagon Limited and PromoVeritas, for the purposes of providing the Prizes.

Prizes: 

13. There are 6 Prizes available across the Promotional Period, consisting of:
1. 1x Top Place Prize: 1 x Pair of tickets to both World Cup Semi Final games in Qatar on 13/12/22 & 14/12/22. 
2. 2x Second Place Prizes : 2x Pair of tickets to Quarter Final games 1 and 4 in Qatar on 9/12/22 & 10/12/22.
3. 3x Third Place Prizes: 3x 12 month Draft+ Budweiser Subscription which would include 3x PerfectDraft Budweiser 6l Kegs per month for 12 months.
4. Those Prizes will be awarded via a Prize Draw.  Each winner of FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 ™ tickets will win tickets for them and a friend. Any guests attending with the winner must also be over 21 years of age and may be subject to age verification. The prize includes economy class flights to Qatar, accommodation in the Bud Hotel, food and drink, and activities. See further Prize details and conditions under clause 17. 
5. There will be only one Prize per person. 

Winner Selection and Notification:

14. Winner Selection via Prize Draw: The six winners (the “Winners”) will be randomly selected, by PromoVeritas, from all of the Participants five (5) working days from the end of the promotion.
15. Winner Notification: 
1. Prize Draw: The Winners will be contacted via the email address provided when placing the order and will be required to respond to confirm eligibility and acceptance of the Prize within 5 days of receiving the email. In the event that a winner does not respond within 5 days, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner. If a winner is disqualified, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to a reserve winner selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.

16. Further Prize Details and Conditions:
1. The winner of the Prize Draw prize will win the Prize. The tickets will only be valid for the matches selected by the Promoter; no alternatives will be available. 
2. This Promotion is only open to UK nationals, who do not require prior visa arrangements for Qatar and can obtain a visa waiver upon arrival. The waiver is valid for 180 days from the date of issuance and entitles its holder to spend up to 30 days in Qatar, during either a single trip or multiple trips.
3. If the winner cancels a booking or cannot make the date of the match, no alternative tickets will be issued and for the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund will be provided.
4. The prize includes economy-class flights to Qatar for the winner and a chosen guest. The package is for four nights, with both guests sharing a room throughout. They will be a guest of the Promoter, meaning food & drink and activities organised by the Promoter for the schedule of the trip will all be included at no extra cost to the Winner or their guest.
5. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include :
   1. food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, excess baggage, additional excursions and attractions or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs,
   2. Visa for entering to Qatar, insurance, Covid Tests and Vaccinations. Currently Qatar requires valid proof of full vaccination. The approved vaccinations are: Pfizer/BioNTech, Moderna, AstraZeneca, Jansen/Johnson & Johnson. Travelers who are not vaccinated, ineligible for the vaccine, or who have not completed the necessary vaccination doses will be subject to quarantine for 7 days upon arrival in the country. The organiser is not responsible for any cost associated with the vaccination and/or the quarantine of the guests
6. Entry into Qatar and the World Cup: every Winner must register for a Hayya card. The Hayya card would be both the visa into Qatar and will allow the Winners to access to the stadium, along with their ticket. The Winners must have a smartphone to access it.
7. Winners are responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guests whilst taking the Prize. Guests of the winner must also be over 21 years old. The promoter reserves the right to verify the identity of the winner & the winner’s guest, including but not limited to confirming that the winner & the winner’s guest is over 21 years of age. The Promoter also reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude the winner and/or guest from participation in any aspect of the Prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the Prize or if the winner and/or guest act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others.
8. The Prize will be posted to the address or sent to the email address provided by the winner promptly following receipt of the winner’s acceptance email. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any Prize which is lost in transit or unable to be delivered for whatever reason.
9. The winners agree to allow the Promoter to use their first initial, surname and county of residence to announce the winners of this Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to publish the first initial, surname and county of residence of the winners. The winners may object to their surname and county of residence being published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced  by contacting the Promoter via our contact us form. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request. 

Delivery of the Prize:

17. The Prize shall be delivered to the Winner within 5 days of acceptance of the prize. If Winners don’t receive their prize within 5 days, please contact our customer service via Live Chat on our Website here. Delivery of the Prize is subject to government COVID-19 guidelines and may be subject to social distancing restrictions. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any Prize which is lost in transit or unable to be delivered for whatever reason. 

General:

18. Winners shall indemnify and hold the Promoter and their respective affiliates, directors, agents, or other partners (the "Indemnitees") harmless from any claims, actions, proceedings, costs (including reasonable legal fees) and expenses brought or asserted by a third party against any of the Indemnitees arising as a result of the Promoter's use of the Winner's Relevant Post, including but not limited to any breach of third party intellectual property rights.
19. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason any element of the Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute another Prize for it, of equal or greater value. 
20. Participation must be made directly by the individual participating in the Promotion. Incomplete or illegible claims together with claims which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms & Conditions in full will be disqualified and will be not be considered.
21. In the event that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions and to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries.
22. The Promoter together with any associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promoter's liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
23. An entry must be made directly by the individual entering the Promotion. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means together with entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms & Conditions in full will be disqualified and will  not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant’s entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the rules of the Promotion, that entrant’s entries will be disqualified and any prize awarded will be void.
24. The Promoter will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations or any delay in performing its obligations within these terms and conditions if an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs caused by (but not limited to) global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
25. The Promoter may refuse to award a Prize in the event of any participant’s fraud, dishonesty, breach or non-entitlement under these Terms & Conditions or seek recovery of its value if the Prize has been awarded.
26. Any and all personal data supplied for the running of this Promotion will be used solely for the purpose of this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion on behalf of the Promoter and will not be disclosed to a third party or used for any other purpose unless your positive consent has been obtained. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available here.
27. The Promoter's decision is final and binding in all circumstances in relation to the Promotion.
28. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or withdraw the Promotion as necessary due to unavoidable circumstances beyond its control make this necessary, but will use all reasonable endeavours to minimise the effect on participants to avoid undue disappointment.
29. If any provisions of these Terms & Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this will not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.
30. By entering this Promotion, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
31. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in the Terms & Conditions will prevail.
32. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
