Speciality Beer
Typically, a "Speciality Beer" is a beer that doesn't fit into an otherwise-defined style--and, for the most part, the beers below are that. However, for ease of finding the bold-and-the-beautiful, we're not using the term "speciality beer" as an easy catch-all term for beers that don't fit into a neat little box. It's also a very apropos term for beers of the likes of ancient heather ales, herb and spice beers, Christmas/winter specials, and even for the Schlenkerla Rauchbiers that taste like ham. Yes. Ham.
