This Belgian biscuit malt is a lightly-roasted malt sitting somewhere between Munich and a very pale chocolate. You can use as up to 10% of the grist for pale or brown beers, to add a layer of complexity to the malt profile. Common descriptors are toasty, nutty, and cracker-like.
