With this kit you’ll be turning out a classic Hefeweizen that will transport you to the Alps (sort of). It is a completely traditional recipe: cloudy, malty, a bit spicy, and a dense head. When you pour, be sure to swirl all the yeast out for the full Bavarian experience.
This kit includes malt extract, steeping grains, hops and dried yeast, and will make 1 US gallon (3.79 litres) of wheat beer.
