A slightly hazy yellow pour with a thin head. The aroma here is pine, with plenty of soft tropical notes. A little pineapple and grapefruit. A slightly oily texture on the taste, with more of that soft malt fruit character that we had on the nose. A very pleasant and easy drinking pale, with a lasting finish.
The Basqueland Brewing Project is a new brewery created by three Americans living in San Sebastian who are dedicated to brewing beer on par with the Basque culinary experience. A lofty goal for some but not for Basqueland.
