How long does delivery take?
We promise to get the beer to you in 5 working days, but in most instances we are quicker than this and you'll get it within 2 working days. How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery is free on all orders over £50 and £6.99 for orders below. Some postcodes in the Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland do incur extra charges, but these are all displayed on our checkout pages so you know what is charged before you pay.
Your delivery charges are cheaper than other websites, does that mean it's less reliable?
No, we use a national overnight delivery company called APC and also pay an additional charge for their premium fragile service. The reason we are cheaper is because we want to keep your delivery charges to a minimum so pay for this fragile service ourselves.
Do you ship overseas?
Unfortunately we can't offer this service directly, however there are plenty of courier companies online that can and it's usually best if you pick the one that's right for you. We are happy to let you know exact weights and dimensions and then work with you to coordinate a collection by your chosen firm.
What happens if one of the bottles breaks in transit?
Breakages are rare, but if there is one, it's our responsibility. We insist our courier company lets us know if they break anything and we immediately send you a replacement at our expense.
Can you deliver beer to a different address than my own?
Yes we can. There's an option during checkout to ask us to deliver to another address, so if it's a gift or you think you might be out during the day then it's often easier to get it delivered to a work or neighbour's address.
Do I have to order in certain quantities?
No - you can order as many bottles and in whatever multiples you choose. Our packaging boxes are designed for 15 bottles, so if you are able to order in these quantities then it helps make it more efficient for everyone.
What happens if I am not in when the courier delivers?
That's fine. They will look to leave it in a safe place, or with a neighbour, and pop a card through your door to tell you where it is. If there isn't anywhere suitable they will take it back to the depot and let you know that too. Redelivery will be attempted a minimum of three times or you can call them to arrange a different address or collection.

What payment methods can I use?
We partner with WorldPay to offer a wide range of Debit and Credit card payments. We also offer PayPal. Unfortunately we don't currently accept American express.
How do you make sure that my details are kept secure?
Our website is secure (it has an SSL certificate, so you know checkout is over a secure connection), and we also partner with WorldPay who are the largest global secure payment providers.

Certainly, there's an option at checkout to do exactly that.
I am ordering a gift, will they know how much I've spent?
No, there is no mention of cost in our boxes.

We work with lots of breweries and suppliers so will happily try to. Let us know what you are after and we'll hunt it out.
